On March 24, the "1400Ah lithium-ion power battery system for public and rail vehicles" and the intelligent charging system developed by Shandong Jingci Solar Technology Co., Ltd. were loaded and sent out. After more than 3 months of design, development, integration, and debugging by JCSE people, the system has overcome the adverse effects of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, such as logistics and supporting, and successfully completed. The successful delivery of the system shows that Shantok Solar has entered a new stage in its technical development and supporting capabilities for special vehicles and power batteries for equipment.

The system is customized and developed according to the needs of rail transit operation and maintenance vehicles. It has seven characteristics of "large energy (1400Ah), strong power (maximum power 40kw), intelligence, long life, high integration, high safety, and green environmental protection".

High safety This solution uses the same lithium iron phosphate power battery cell as BYD "blade battery", and the safety characteristics of the lithium iron phosphate material itself are inherent and incomparable;

Highly integrated The power battery system simultaneously outputs three voltages of DC48v, 24v, and 12v, meeting the needs of vehicle driving, vehicle lighting, and electronic equipment, making the vehicle design more concise;

Large energy 48v 1400Ah large capacity, multiple output formats, and weighs only 650kg;

Strong power The maximum power meets the continuous output demand of 40kw, and the power is strong, suitable for various harsh occasions such as driving, lifting, and railroads, highways, etc.;

Intelligent JCSE's unique BMS management system is used to monitor and control various parameters such as battery voltage, current, temperature, and power in real time, and upload it to the vehicle controller (vehicle computer) through the CAN bus. The running parameters are displayed on the color touch screen synchronously, the running status can be seen at a glance, and the power shortage is immediately alarmed.

Long service life Under normal use, the power battery system has a service life of 5 to 8 years, eliminating the need to add acid and water, and it is truly maintenance-free.
